PRIZE-WINNING BEAST

Staff and volunteers here at Colliford have been touring local towns and villages with a giant wooden replica of the Beast of Bodmin and participating in the many carnivals across the county. We entered 11 different carnivals stretching as far as Newquay, Bude and Looe, as well as numerous villages in between. We captured the spirit of various judges and have accumulated 10 different prizes, including overall winners of the carnival in both Bodmin and Liskeard.
The Beast is currently on display on the terrace below the café so pop in and see our prize-winning beast!

Many thanks to Norma and Geoff for all their help and support with the carnivals and various other events throughout the summer.
